You have probably heard about this title since it has gained quite a lot of popularity since it’s release! Bendy and the ink machine is another single player horror game based in a strange universe with cute characters that are not quite what you think they are. This game’s first chapter is completely free if you wish to try it! Then the second chapter is 3.99 CAN$ on sale for Halloween! It is an atmospheric game that is just perfect for Halloween!

There are few people who have not already heard of Five Nights at Freddy’s. While it is not to everyone’s tastes, it is now a classic horror game. The last title of the series has a brand new story which is one of the most interesting ones in our honest opinion. The Evil Within

Following with another classic: The Evil Within. This title has been one of the strong ones in the horror genre. This survival horror was developed by the creator of Resident Evil games and it’s second title, The Evil Within 2, was just released earlier this month. So if you did not have the chance to play the first one before, or simply want to revisit an old favorite, this game is part of the Halloween Steam sale!

While investigating the scene of a gruesome mass murder, Detective Sebastian Castellanos and his partners encounter a mysterious and powerful force. After seeing the slaughter of fellow officers, Sebastian is ambushed and knocked unconscious. When he awakens, he finds himself in a deranged world where hideous creatures wander among the dead.

Soma

Our last game on the list is Soma, from the creators of Amnesia. This game is another singleplayer where the player has to survive in an hostile sci-fi world. The story in Soma has many twists and is the kind of scenario that will make you think for a long time after you finished the game. This title is one of our favorites in the horror genre, it has great visuals, smooth gameplay and an amazing story to tell!

Enter the world of SOMA and face horrors buried deep beneath the ocean waves. Delve through locked terminals and secret documents to uncover the truth behind the chaos. Seek out the last remaining inhabitants and take part in the events that will ultimately shape the fate of the station. But be careful, danger lurks in every corner: corrupted humans, twisted creatures, insane robots, and even an inscrutable omnipresent A.I.
You will need to figure out how to deal with each one of them. Just remember there’s no fighting back, either you outsmart your enemies or you get ready to run.
